Client Terms & Service Policy

Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure filming dates. Final delivery of high-res files occurs upon receipt of the remaining balance.
Revisions: All packages include 2 rounds of creative revisions. Additional edits are charged at my hourly post-production rate.
Retainers: Monthly packages require a 3-month minimum commitment. Unused videos or filming hours do not roll over to the following month.
Cancellations: Shoots cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will incur a 25% re-booking fee.
Turnaround: Standard delivery is 7–14 business days. Express "Rush" delivery is available for an additional fee.
